These days I introduce myself as Judi Herring. My clinical title is Dr. Herring, but I prefer ʻJudiʼ in my expanded scope as a trust analyst, writer and conference speaker.
Trust was on the line in every aspect of my work as a urologic oncology surgeon. I was tested in the rigorous, complex environment of the healthcare industry. I understand trustʼs anatomy and physiology and know the concrete steps necessary to build it and build it to last. My genuine respect and frank communication with my patients framed our doctor-patient relationship in safety and trust and set the stage for accurate diagnosis, partnership in solutions and lasting connections.
